What is AND STILL...?

AND STILL... was born from a chapter of my life I never expected to live.

For years, I was the caregiver. The nurse. The leader. The person others turned to for support, guidance, and strength. My identity was deeply rooted in helping others navigate their most difficult moments.

Then life changed.

A traumatic injury, chronic pain, loss, and the unexpected transition from healthcare leader to patient forced me to confront something I had spent years helping others through but never imagined facing myself: the loss of who I thought I was.

As I navigated the uncertainty of rebuilding my life, I discovered a truth that would ultimately become the foundation of this movement.

We are all more than the chapters that break us.

Life will change us. It will challenge us. It will ask us to let go of identities, plans, roles, and versions of ourselves we once believed would last forever.

And still...

We keep going.

We keep healing.

We keep growing.

We keep becoming.

AND STILL... is more than a phrase. It is a reminder that our hardest moments do not define us. It is a community for anyone who has experienced loss, illness, burnout, grief, heartbreak, disappointment, or life's unexpected detours and is learning to find their way forward.

This movement exists to create connection, encourage healing, and remind people that even when life unfolds differently than planned, there is still purpose to be found, hope to hold onto, and a future waiting to be written.

No matter what chapter you are living through today, your story is not over.

And still...

You are here.

You are becoming.
